My "NO"vember Challenge

I saw a "November Challenge" on social media and it read:
-No Netflix
-Wake up at 5am
-Do 4 hours of deep work
-Cut out junk food
-Read 3 entrepreneurial books
-Workout 4-5 times a week
-Work a side hustle
-Take cold showers
-Drink only water
-No cheat days
-Take risks
I think personal development is important but I don't think there's one way to do it correctly. If the above list resonates with you, knock yourself out and I'll be over here cheering for you. In the meantime, I'm focusing on the importance of rest. The last 18 months have been the most stressful of my life and my body feels it. So I'll be saying "no" in November to anything that doens't nourish me in this season of life. I'll focus on the things I know I need to feel better.
-Get the amount of sleep my body needs (for me that's anywhere from 8-10 hours)
-Enjoy my food and add in more vegetables
-Read the type and number of books that make me happy
-Go on a walk every day (even if it's cold or rainy) and soak in the fresh air and vitamin D
-Love my people
-Laugh more
-Journal every day
What ways do you nourish yourself? Are you in a season of growth and hustle or rest and reflection?
